"Bed Bath & Beyond ran a study that showed a 50% increase in online sales for products backed by 3D assets," he explains. And that’s not the only compelling statistic.
A major pain point in e-commerce is returns, with 50% of all online returns happening because of incorrect size or color expectations. The solution? 3D product visualization.
"Items with 3D assets have 20-40% reduced return rates," Pister adds. Yet despite these insights, there were no self-serve solutions on the market—so they built one.
Founder-to-Founder Advice: Stakeholders Matter

"Always know your stakeholders," Pister advises. "They will frequently change throughout the lifetime of a startup."
