For the past three months, six remarkable women entrepreneurs have been honing their business models as part of the Associated Bank Women's Fellowship program. As they prepare to "graduate" this week, we're excited to showcase their innovative businesses and the impact they're making in our community.

These dedicated founders will continue building their ventures long after the program ends. Let's meet the impressive Class of 2024!

Andrea is tackling one of healthcare's most pressing challenges: supporting critical care providers. Through ARC, she develops and delivers strategies and tools that enable these essential workers to continue their vital mission. By focusing on the wellbeing and effectiveness of healthcare providers, Andrea's work ripples out to improve care for countless patients.

Nature enthusiasts, rejoice! Renee is launching her first product through Driftless Run LLC: a natural bug spray perfect for exploring the recently nationally recognized Ice Age Trail. Her environmentally conscious solution helps outdoor adventurers enjoy the stunning Driftless Area without harsh chemicals or environmental concerns.

Aundrea Booker | Tre-Azure

Talk about a powerhouse entrepreneur! Aundrea has created an exceptional line of hair care products specifically formulated for natural hair through her brand Tre-Azure. But that's not all—she's simultaneously launched her own podcast, written a book, and manages her own salon. Her multi-faceted approach to business embodies the entrepreneurial spirit.

Fiber arts enthusiasts have a new destination in Angela's boutique store, Flaxen Fleece. Located in picturesque Sauk City, her shop specializes in premium natural fibers for knitters and crocheters. Angela's careful curation and expertise make the scenic drive well worth it for crafters seeking quality materials and community.

Remember when road trips meant more than staring at screens? Melissa is bringing back the joy of shared travel experiences with her device-free customized trip planner. Designed for both kids and adults, Roadtrip Adventures US helps families create meaningful memories while rediscovering the pleasure of cross-country exploration together.

Denise is addressing youth apathy with an innovative solution: connecting young people with even younger students and placing them in leadership roles. Through Root2Rise, she creates transformative mentorship experiences that benefit both groups, fostering responsibility, purpose, and community engagement among participants.
